What we do

Eurochile’s Regional Development Department aims to promote and strengthen associativity, relations, coordination and public-private collaboration between Chilean and European companies and institutions at the regional level.

Eurochile prepares projects with a participatory approach that support local and productive development, including visits from experts or representatives from European regions as well as organising mission tours to Europe for Chilean companies, professionals and regional authorities. The aim of these activities is to share European experiences and provide information on the lessons learned in regionalisation, while bearing in mind the model being implemented in Chile closely follows the models from some European countries, such as France and Italy.

The main focus of the department’s work is distributed between the Regionalisation process and the promotion of Productive Development.

Our Projects

The Regional Development area works constantly in articulating and generating networks between Chile and Europe with the purpose of supporting and disseminating European strategies, knowledge and good practices in the regions.
