First meeting within the framework of the initiative to promote a solar panel recycling market in the northern macrozone and Metropolitan region. The objective is to be able to recover and valorize components and materials that are unusable by incorporating European experiences and technologies.

The different companies benefiting from the project will participate in this meeting.

Circular Urban Tourism Barrio Plaza Ñuñoa: Demonstrative pilot of an efficient and self-financing community waste management model with composting technology, practical techniques and innovative and circular European and Chilean processes is a project co-financed by the Regional Technological Diffusion Program of the Directorate Metropolitan Regional of Corfo and executed by the Eurochile Business Foundation, which lasts 12 months and focuses on the Plaza Ñuñoa neighborhood, Metropolitan region.

On Thursday, January 11, the first meeting with the 25 MSME beneficiaries of the project will be held at the Eurochile offices.

Within the framework of the AL-INVEST Verde Agri-food project, Workshop 7 of the Training Program called: Bíocontrol in Fruit Growing: Sustainable Strategies to Optimize Production will be held at the Sonesta hotel in Los Ángeles, Biobío region. The French expert in biocontrol and entomology, Paul Amouroux, will participate in this activity.

This workshop will be held in a hybrid format.

Eurecat and Eurochile invite you to participate in the webinar “Sustainable Production Strategies in Chile and Europe for the Circular Economy in the Construction Sector.”

The activity will be carried out in virtual mode through Teams on Tuesday, January 23 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

On this occasion, part of the contents of a Technical Material developed by the project experts will be presented, which will be available to companies and organizations. These contents will allow you to learn more about the different sustainable production strategies carried out in the Construction sector in Chile and Europe, as well as Circular Economy strategies and Chilean and European success stories.

The second edition of Key Energy Expo will be held between February 28 and March 1. The objective of the fair is to present the solutions and services that can guide the energy transition towards a carbon-neutral economy. Eurochile Business Foundation, in collaboration with Corfo Los Lagos through the Regional Productive Development Committee, is developing the Ecodesign Training Program with a focus on Circular Economy, called “Ecodesign for SMEs in the Los Lagos Region that contributes to sustainability and to reduce the environmental impact through the Circular Economy.”

In this context, the main beneficiaries will be the SMEs of the Los Lagos region belonging to various economic sectors in the area, such as: Aquaculture, Forestry, Agriculture, Tourism, Construction and Maritime Shipping Industry.

On April 24 and 25, the first module that includes the first two workshops of the Training Program of the Viraliza Ecodiseño PROJECT will be held. These workshops will be held in person in Puerto Varas in the Blue Room of the Municipality of Puerto Varas. The theme of the first module is: Introduction to the Circular Economy and there will be the participation of Linnet Solway (online) and Ivonne Palma.
